Our school offers a number of ways students can become involved in The Arts, including joining either the instrumental or strings orchestra or becoming a member of our school based choir. We have a wonderful group of musicians at Berserker Street State School who turn up for rehearsals and performances with big smiles on their faces. They are reliable and hardworking kids who are a credit to our school.
Our Arts teacher, Mrs Clarke, also showcases students art work every semester which all parents are invited to attend. Our students are very proud to show off their work to our school and local community.
Our Annual Twilight concert is held in Term 4. Students and teachers set a high level of entertainment for parents and friends on our new stage.
The Instrumental program is directed by Mrs Robyn Everitt (strings) and Mr Wesley Samuels (brass, woodwind, percussion). Each group participates in the Twilight Concert showing their skills to parents and the wider community.
